EmpowerHer

The EmpowerHer is a program designed to empower and train survivors of gender-based violence on the future of work through digital skills. It also aims to help survivors add more value to themselves and society irrespective of their experience.

The EmpowerHer program is committed to addressing gender-based violence through mentorship, digital skill training, capacity building, counselling, and collaboration with other stakeholders. It is primarily designed to empower and train survivors of gender-based violence on the future of work through digital skills.

Includes:

• Intensive Counselling
• Digital Skill training. The skills will cut across Digital Marketing, Graphics Design, Data Analysis, Productivity tools, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and, Employability skills. These skills will also prepare them for the future of work as these skills are in high demand. It will also serve as a means of recuperating as learning a new thing can help ease trauma and pain.
